Our support will always help you. Subscription paid through our payment processor are automatically renewed each time frame that you chose unless the subscription is cancelled or the funding source (e.g. credit card) has on file expires.
Note that VPN99 does not hold any credit card information on file (or has even access to that information) - these are entirely with the external payment processor and we do not have access to that information.
To cancel your recurring payment, login at VPN99 and follow the instructions:
- Go to Billings page
- You will see the Cancel Subscription button
- Also you can cancel a recurring payment by contacting our support ([email protected]).
A subscription cancellation will cancel the (future) automatic renewals (recurring payments), but will not affect the current subscription for the already paid term, and we are unable to refund portions of the subscription fee for "unused" months within the current term.
